T&C’s INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY
1.Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway") organised by U-Go Campers ("Organiser"). By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.Eligibility
2.1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and hold a valid full australian or international drivers licence.
2.2. Employees and affiliates of the Organiser, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3.Giveaway Period
3.1. The Giveaway begins on 30 June 2024 and ends on 28 July 2024 at 6pm ("Giveaway Period").
4.How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the Giveaway post. Multiple entries are allowed, but each separate comment must tag a different friend.
Both you and your travel buddy have to like the Giveaway reel.
Both you and your travel buddy have to follow @ugo_campers on Instagram.
4.2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway.
5.Prize
5.1. The prize ("Prize") includes:
Enjoy one of our custom build vans for 7 days
$200 fuel voucher.
5.2. As agreed upon, the $200 fuel voucher will be offered upon signature of T&C’s and the 7 day trip will be redeemed for travel in the future when U-Go Campers has a van available. Blackout dates may apply.
5.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
5.4. All additional costs and expenses associated with the Prize, including but not limited to meals, travel insurance, visas, transport to and from our workshop in Kingsgrove 2208 - NSW and any other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner. Winners are responsible for researching Australian entry requirements and the Organiser will not be held responsible for any issues with the winners entering Australia.
6.Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be selected by random via a giveaway app based on all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period and entrants must both be following U-Go Campers on Instagram.
6.2. The winner is at liberty to share the prize with whomever they like and for the avoidance of doubt the ‘tagged friend’ is not considered the Winner of the Prize.
6.3. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 14 days of the Giveaway end date. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7.Prize Claim
7.1. The winner may be required to provide identification and proof of eligibility to claim the Prize.
7.2. The winner must provide all necessary information within 14 days of being notified as the winner.
8.General Conditions
8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of any technical, fraudulent, or other difficulties that compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
8.2. The Organiser's decision on any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.
8.3. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues or any other problems that may cause an entry to be lost, damaged, or delayed.
9.Publicity
9.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10.Privacy
10.1. Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Organiser's privacy policy, available at www.u-gocampers.com.au
11.Limitation of Liability
11.1. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of the Prize.
11.2 The Winner will solely be held responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury of any kind (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of the Prize.
12.Governing Law
12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
